Time for a gear change
What I would like to know from all the guys and girls is what y'all use and what y'all think works best I have 305/70/16 that's a 32.8 in my book it's a 33 I've been told 3.73 3.92 4.10 4.56 I have the dreaded 3.55 in leaning towards the 4.56 seems to me would work very well. next what brand would yall recommend. I will be changing the locker out also going to get away from the stock locker and the clutch problems I've rebuilt it once all ready Thank you for the help

Third Gens I always recommend 4.56 or even higher regardless of tire size or a lot of highway use. But the 545rfe essentially has two overdrive gears.
I'm a bit more hesitant to just throw a blanket 4.56 recommendation for 2nd Gens, but with 33s unless the truck lives on the interstates, I'd go 4.56.
Brands aren't nearly as important as finding the right installer. I've never had an issue with G2s.
I'm assuming since you mention clutch packs you are talking limited slip as opposed to true locker. I like Auburn for track use. It's a clutch pack type and locks up much faster than a worm gear unit. Also the bias ratio is a lot higher than Mopar stock. If its for off road then go with a worm gear like the Detroit (Eaton) TruTrac. Won't lock up as fast but no clutch packs to wear out. Should outlast a new truck let alone a 15+ year old one...

I think 4.10 would probably be your bestfriend, bring the rpms up a little bit, but not too much. It would probably bring your rpms just about to a little over stock, which will be good for fuel economy as well. Check out this gear calculator, very helpful in my opinion. You have a 46re transmission, and a NP231 transfer case.
