Default Misfire, SOVLED???

Well, i had posted stuff on here about my misfire before. It had a misfire in cylinder 8, dealer replaced the injector under the warranty. So, that did not fix it, brought it back, and now they told me it had 2 cracked valves in that cylinder that they will replace (had the plenum replaced not too long ago, could that have caused it the cracked valves???) and they send the head to a machine shop so make sure there are no cracks. Haven't got it back yet, but hopefully it is fixed. This truck has been absolute hell since i bought it (beginning of July), the plenum went, shock in the back sprung a leak, some dumbass turned into me, and now the misfire. But other than that the truck is awesome ('99 1500 QC 4x4 yellow (305/70r/16)). So, since i bought it, been in the shop + body shop for about 7/18 weeks!

ask to look at the head when they have it off and see if there are any cracks between the valves. this is a common failure on the magnum heads.

they're sending it to a machine shop tp check for cracks, so they say, can't actually look because the guy is about 50 minutes away.
