Recon is a very cheap light. Pacer or OEM is a better choice since you can replace the bulbs and the materials are just better. I got Pacer smoke with amber bulbs and they have been working solid for three years now. Install was a huge pain.
This is what I installed. They actually came with tiny LED lights and incandescent amber bulbs. I used the latter. Way better color and projection. They shine just forward though, not all the way around. I also decided on the 03-12 style since the screws are "top and bottom" not "side to side" which I figured was a better seal. What a pain to install but I had wanted them for years. Course I did the install when it was like 35 outside. Wired to my light switch. No leaks or problems in 4 years. I did tighten the screws after a year. I researched all the brands and kinds out there and Pacer won by far.

I had recons for almost ten years. They are on the cheaper side but if you do a little extra on the install they will hold up with the best of them. After about six years the rubber seals dry rotted and I started getting condensation inside the lenses when it rained or was just real humid. Although they never leaked into the truck.
I removed, silicone the **** out of where the caps meet the bases and replaced the tiny rubber washers on the screws then dabbed a little silicone on them. Never had an issue again. I'm convinced if I used a bit of silicone when first installed they'd never had needed care down the road.
We used to have a discount "dodgeforum" in the coupon code. Don't know if it still works or not...

Don't know if I wanna go with Recons, from what I hear the way they mount if one goes bad you have to replace the whole unit?? ANd seals are cheap and so on. I love the way they look tho..
