Default Beefing up 360

Ok so my ram has about 215,000 and it burns oil I plan on rebuilding the motor but it Isn't staying stock I have been looking head over heels for cam specs how big I can go and still make the computer happy if someone on here has built one and could give me a little help that would be great

What year is your truck? That will tell us if it's odb1 or 2, and we can tell you if you can get your pcm flashed after swapping the cam.

If you don't have any supporting mods, headers, exhaust, intake manifold, Throttle body, heads with upgraded valve springs, adjustable rockers etc, etc....A cam won't be your best bang for the buck.

Just built mine with pistons heads cam was not worth doing it just buy the 400hp crate motor

Nice looking motor David! What cam did you go with? Are the stock rockers working out with it?

It was a custom cam I can't remember spec but with 1.7 rockers it's a 550 lift cam I'm was going to do rockers but ran off of money and time
