Is this what you're looking for?
From a post by ORDODGE1500 back in 2011 for an '05 :
"05' Ram 1500
it is 8 bolts for the cab that are 12mm-1.75 Pitch by 95.5mm long and on the bed there are 6 bolts at 12mm-1.75 Pitch by 45 mm long. If you have a long bed add 2 bed bolts for a total of 8. The Dealership wants $6 for each Cab bolt and $4 for the Bed bolts. Fastenall has the Cab bolts for $2 and the Bed for $1 and they are the hardest bolts they make so they are better than grade 8 bolts."
