Default Long Crank Time

I drive a 1994 Ram 1500 single cab. 5.2 L. 192,000 miles. Well taken care of for the most part, but it takes a good 6 to 7 seconds to turn over and sometimes longer. When it does finally start it barely starts running before it finally gets back to running normal. This happens every time I start it. It will start sooner after I shut it off and start it again after a few minutes. I noticed that when I pump the gas while its cranking it roars when it finally turns over. Any idea of what might be causing this? Already tried replacing the starter solenoid. I have also noticed when I first start driving it barely wants to go while I'm accelerating. Low fuel pressure maybe? Any help would be appreciated!

Yep, that sounds a lot like low fuel pressure. It seems a good time to stick a gauge on at the fuel rail to see what's happening there.
