Just sounds like you still have air in the system. It's a pain in the tail, but try cracking all of the lines on the injectors and cranking the crap out of it.

In a perfect world, you would bleed the lines one at a time, starting at #6 and working towards #1. Unfortunately I know how well a perfect world works (it don't ) lol.

 

I found a bleed screw on the pump that had quite some air in it. Tried cranking it after that but the batteries were running low and the startermotor was steaming and started to smell burnt so i called it a night Going to try to start it today with charged up batteries and cooled startermotor.

 

So now the truck is up and running!

In the end it was the shutoff valve on the IP that was not opening.. A cabelshoe that had fallen off. No wonder i didn't get it running.

So, the liftpump solved my problem, now i'm a happy Dodge driver again.
