Another option is to find an ORE truck for sale on Craigslist, contact the owner about just buying the tow hooks. That's what I did when I bought mine.
The difference between my hitch and that one on amazon is mine doesn't have the plates for bolting it on (welded it to the frame) and mine sits just behind the air dam. I have thought about getting a short piece of square tubing to extend mine just outside of the air dam but then that tow loop would stick out too much if I left it in all the time like I do now.
I fabbed a set of stock style brackets, and added a set of school bus tow hooks. I've given them a workout, and am pleased so far.
Fabbed brackets made from same thickness material as frame. Mocked in place to test fit. You can see added angle that I welded to the front of mounting bracket.

Where you able to easily fab those up? Be interested in taking an order for just the bracket? Materials are cheap, I just don't have means of doing that at the apartment.
^^Good stuff Boundstaff, it's nice to know there's other people out there into fabbing stuff. I posted this before in a general mod thread but might as well throw it here. I chose to use 1/4" steel like the stockers; I'd be a tad worried with pulls that are not parallel to the truck with thinner brackets

started with this
shortened up a bit. flux core + bevelled edges on 1/4" plate works great with a cheapo welder. tried with gas and couldn't get near enough penetration
horizontal flanges to tie into the crossmember
gussets - try not to laugh too hard at my booger welds. i tried multi-passing them but should have just left alone. the weld underneath has lots of penetration
drilled and bedlined
installed with lots of grease cuz winter
I used hooks and nut plates from an older Suburban which have a slight upward angle to them. They conform nicely with the front bumper

Your truck is so clean! I have access to a welder now, but what tool did you use to 1/4" stock?
