I have been seeing alot of 2nd gen cummins with the front bumper that has the fog lights built into it on the sides not in the two rectangular front grill ports its a stock bumper i think and i want to get one for 01 ram but cant find any, does anybody know what im talking about and where i could get one?

 

Bumper is the same as the regular bumper but the plastics behind are different. The plastics will allow you to mount factory fogs

 

They are relatively easy to replace, but you would have to remove (or at least partially remove) the bumper to swap the inserts. They are sandwiched against the mounting frame and the bumper. I just took a dremel and cut mine to fit the stock fog lights and called it a day. The only way you can tell they aren't factory is if you get right up on it and see where the dremel made the cut.
