Default O2 Sensor - Which one is Bank 1, Sensor 2?

.
Pulled a code for the O2 sensor on my '98 5.9L Gas 2500. The printout says to replace the Bank 1, Sensor 2 one, which I assumed was the left side (driver's) after the Cat. Well, I crawl up underneath last night, and only find two sensors... one where the two downpipes come together before the Cat (sensor is in the center of the two's merge), and one after the Cat.

Just wanna double check before swapping out the $70 sensor, to make sure I'm changing out the right one. My Haynes says that the V10 and HD trucks have one sensor in each downpipe. Mine doesn't.

it would be the rear sensor. could your cat be not working properly? you can take a temp sensing gun and measure the input & output temps... output should be hotter than the input.. by at least 20 deg. more is better, 20 deg is barely working.

Thanks Steve. I have one of those laser temp gauges... I'll take a reading and see. Maybe the exhaust is shot, and needs upgrading to a FlowMaster setup. Like we have the $ after the tranny rebuild. Ouch!
