So... my brother tells me over the phone, "Pull the autolite crap out and put an OE Champion plug in."

I enthusiastically tell him, "The plug is working fine!"

He tells me, "Just do it."

I tell him, "I saw it sparking with my own eyes. The plug works fine!"

Once again, "Put a f*cking OE Champion plug in cylinder 8!"

"Fine, I'll go to f*cking advance auto, buy a f*cking Champion plug, waste my f*cking time putting it in and when it doesn't change anything you have to come help me."

"Fine, I'll be there in 20 minutes if the plug doesn't work."

...

Moral of the story... Haven't seen my brother today and AutoLite can go fug'emselves.

Glad you found the culprit. Thanks for sharing the story. That will keep me laughing for a while.

Yep, Autolites didn't work well in my engine either. At least, not as well as Champions. I never had a mis fire though and seafoam has always been good to me with 204k and climbing.
