I bought a 98 1500 last week for $150--very bad 5.2 engine.
I'm changing out the engine this week and you are welcome to the pulley and balancer for the cost of the shipping. If you like. Easier to get me by email brianlamberts&gmail.com. Probably Priority Mail flat rate box. If you don't want it, LMK here. Maybe someone else can use it.
