Default Has anyone used these seals on a Dana 60 front axle?

I never liked the open nature of the Dana 60 front axle tubes that can allow mud/dirt/debris to enter and make a big mess inside the axle tube. Has anyone used the seals noted in the link below to address this issue? Do these seals work or is there another seal that works better, especially for a regularly driven truck on the street?

Thanks, Moparite.

Still curious to hear if anyone has used these seals - if so, what's been your experience with them?

These will only fin on one side. Side closer to the differential housing.
The CAD side will not fit as the shaft has large splines and seal will not fit over it.
