Default Shocks

Ok I just ordered my sky's and they will be here Wed. I looked at the shock towers and relized that I have to unbolt the tops. Is there any other way to do them with out unbolting the top of the towers? The Flowmaster Delta 40 will also be in, I can just here my neighbors now. I'm taking your advice Bamory about keeping my bends and pipe. I found a store not 20 minutes from me that deals with all the goodies I need. Only down side is it all has to be ordered as its too small to stock everything.

Nope, there's no way around it...you need to unbolt the tops of the shock towers. It's not that bad though...it's only an extra 6 bolts. Take your time doing the drivers side, because it's real, real tight getting the shock out with the master cylinder right above it...you'll need to unbolt the shock from the tower, unbolt the tower, then keep the shock compressed while you remove the tower first. This will give you plenty of room to get the shock out.
