For the Rock solid fix or the front end and lift kit? For the front end and lift kit I have a Les Schwab I go to. For the rock solid fix most auto repair shops should be able to do it. I think I paid around $150 for it to be installed.

The rock solid fix is pretty easy to do your with basic tools. The hardest part is cutting the old retainer and spring out.

Okay, thanks. If its just Less Job I'll keep looking. And I'm not tearing my truck apart to put in the bushing. Mine has no play. Different issues.

Ya I have a good Les Schwab shop her in town. Been working with them for 20 years and they have always taken care of me with all my rides. I know that some don't have a very good reputation. Ya if you don't have a problem with your steering I wouldn't either. Mine was pretty bad and with my big *** tires it was kind of scary sometimes. It drives pretty good now.

Does it have return in the wheel? What setup do you have? (TRE, gearbox, dss, etc.?) What size tires are those? They look like at least 35s and I'm on tiny worn out Cooper 285s which are about the size of a 265 now.

They are Toyo 35x13.5's on a classic 15" Centerline rim.

I believe this was the tie rod upgrade kit but it says '00 and up basically and for the 2500/3500. looking at part numbers from autozone for stock '00-'01/'02 rams they use the same tie rod ends so this kit should work on a 1500 of those years also. the 99 and old trucks have different part numbers so i'm guessing different(smaller maybe?) sized stud ends so the "T" linkage most likely won't work without some modifications done.

After doing a little more research it looks like the late gen3/gen4 T style is a direct bolt-on for the '00-up trucks. '94-'99 trucks have smaller diameter taper holes in the knuckles and the knuckles(or at least the tie road mounting locations) are a little closer together. Also looks like it may be cheaper from the dealer for the kit than aftermarket including autozone and such. $364 +$60 shipping for the whole setup that fits the '00 up trucks.
