How old is the cat?... if it feels restricted, a clogged cat would be the first culprit to check for.
And, is the plenum plate gasket leaking?... that would do in the cat in fairly short order if it was.

 

The cats about a year old, havent checked the plenum gasket.. But my engine is less than a year old..

Really I think Im just feeling that Im making enough power now, that its noticeable when I whomp on it that Im losing out because of the exhaust.. Would be a lot smoother if it was free-er flowing
