Im wanting to know if there is any way i can silence or disable the dash alarm. The dash alarm im talking about is the one that goes DING DING when anything happens such as low oil pressure light, check engine light coming on, seat belt etc... Or is there atleast a way i can make it quieter? Where is the damn "DINGING" coming from within the dash?

The older ones (Pre 97) have a module that you can remove but you have to take out the fuse panel from the dash. I think the module needs stay but you can cut the buzzer out. Do a search for disabling the chime/buzzer I remember seeing a post on it.
