Brake hose?
I had the bed off of my 1998 1500 4x4 the other day to replace it with a new (used) bed from a junk yord. When the bed was off, I noticed a rubber hose going from what looked like a splitter for hydraulic fluid going to the rear brakes. There was a third hose that went up to I think the top of the diff and terminated in a white plastic plug with a hole in it. The end of the hosed was held by a metal clip that looked pretty rusty. A couple days later, I noticed that the hose had fallen off and had been dragging. the end of the hose scraped up but still seems intact.
Does anyone know what that hos is and what it's for?

i would imagine it would be for bleeding the brakes so you don't have to dissemble the brake lines themselfs. at least that is what i would use it for. if it does indeed come from the brake lines.
