Default ram2500 club cab rain leaking in, Rt passenger side

96 ram 2500 club cab, cummins 5 speed

Seats out, carpet is out, rust treated with Miracle Paint.

With the first little bit rain the first obvious place water accumulated was the center of the passenger foot well, less along the door.

At first glance it seems like it must be the door seal .... BUT .... how it it reaching the center of the foot well area.???

No sign at rear sides they say its common at rear corners from slidere and hi mount stop light.

Seems odd.

Help, ?? anyone seen this before??

Thanks in advance.

john

Ran into a very similar situation with my 96 this year. Water was getting in somewhere and dropping off the bottom edge of the glovebox. Turned out that the piece of weatherstripping under the hood at the back edge was missing. It's kinda an L-shaped piece that seals when the hood closes. I rigged one up out of some foam backer rod that I had kicking around and it stopped the leak. Might want to check to see if it's missing.
