Default Stock speed gear in tail housing stripped

1997 Dodge Ram 2500HD V10 with NV4500 4x2

Did the Clutch on her and when all was said and done the speedo stopped working, so i replaced the sensor.. still nothing. Crawled under her today and put the sensor on my drill and keyed it up slowly and the speedo slowly reached 120 and capped out. So the sensors work and maybe even so does the old one, it must be the gear on the output shaft.

Does anyone know where i could buy a stock speedo gear set?
I have used google but didnt come up with stock ones just ones for oversized tires.

After reading the service manual it looks like there are cast/cut into the shaft (maybe cant tell for sure) so maybe a new gear on the sensor or placement is off?

Not sure if the sensor changed in 97 but the earlier versions you need to position it so the gear comes in contact before you clamp it down. There are different color gears for different axle ratios. I know you can get them here...
