Default 2002 Dodge Ram 1500 5.9 L 4x4

My truck has been making a slight grinding noise everytime I drive. This has been happening since I went offroading. I already checked the discs in front and back for rocks or pebbles and have already replaced my front wheel bearing but the noise persists. Does anyone have a clue of how to resolve my isssue? or what it could possibly be.

Does it seem to be coming from the front, center or rear of the truck? Can you feel the grinding or just hear it? Does it seem to be to one side, if so, which side? Does it do it more or less when you are turning either direction? Does is speed up or down with your vehicle speed?
