Default Chirp is driving me nuts!!!! HELP

I really really hope someone can help tell me the problem!! I have a 2000 dodge ram with the 5.9 (360) It has been "chirping" for awhile. When it starts to chirp the truck loses power it seems like. And the engine bay area sounds louder going down the road. It will not make the chirp at idle. Only going down the road and mainly does it after it warms up or you Rev it up alot. Also does it when the truck is pulling a load. Does it nonstop with a load. The more throttle u give it the louder it gets. I have replaced the whole tensioner twice, the idler, water pump, and the fan clutch, and new belt. It is driving me up the wall. Any help is appreciated.

Interesting issue. Maybe posting a video so we can hear the noise would be more helpful.

Where is it coming from? Did you check the flex plate for cracks?

Is the air on when it does it? A/C or face/feet?

How about your harmonic balancer and water pump? My harmonic balancer was starting to break apart, and make a nice belt squeak. Pulley on my water pump was slightly bent, also causing a belt squeak.
