5.9L factory flex fuel?

So in my quest looking for an off road package I have been running vins on ram's website to see if in fact the truck is an off road package. I ran the vin on one and it came back as a FFV, flex fuel vehicle. I have never seen that before in a second gen. It was a 2001.
