I have a 2001 Ram 1500 Quad Cab pickup. Dose anybody know where the fresh air intake is for the heater system? I keep have mice build nest in my fan box. I want to put a screen over the intake.

In front of the windshield, under the wipers, the vent looking bits.

 

If you really want to dig into it then it's the oval hole under the cowl on the passenger side of the windshield. I've thought about putting a piece of fine mesh on it before but I didn't feel like taking the plastic off to get to it.
