Default Transmission issues at 40-45mph

Hey guys, my truck is a 96 1500 4x4 360. Whenever I'm cruising around town the transmission shifts perfect but when I reach 40-45 mph the transmission will go in and out of high gear. The RPMs fluctuate between 1500 and 2000. The issue goes away above 50. I've adjusted the TV cable so many times I'm beginning to think it's an internal issue. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Sounds like I'd start with:
Adjusting the bands
Changing the governor pressure sensor and solenoid
And, might as well change the OD solenoid assembly

See what happens...
