Default Sluggish and rough driving

New to this forum.
2001 Dodge 2500 gas 5.9l
Truck just had new spark plug wires and distributor cap installed with a new gasket for the intake.
Just before I got home it started to barely accelerate and I think I herd a back fire. Very sluggish. It idles perfect. I pulled over and looked for loose wires or anything. Everything looks right. Including wires in the right spot etc.
What are your thoughts?

I gotta ask, just what plugs did you put in there? Plain old champs or autolite or something really exotic?

just regular plugs. They are still in good shape. Did not change them.

Double check the spark plug wire routing with the TSB. I'd start there.
