So im replacing the dana 60 (yes its from a 2500) i have on the rear of my 99 ram 1500. Currently im trying to swap the rear from an 02 ram 2500 that has rear disc brakes. I noticed however that the new axles are 4 wheel abs and my truck only has the 1500 brake booster and 2 wheel abs. To compensate for the large pistons in the calipers im going to swap the 2500 brake booster over as well. For abs do i just run the brake lines through the 1500 2 wheel abs pump and wire the other line directly to the proportionig valve or do i need to swap in the 4 wheel abs pump? Im just not sure which is better.
