Default Lift Question

Alright, thanks for your help earlier. I fixed the exhaust and I am noticing a difference, Thank you. Now I am lifting it.

I just bought ProComp Mud Terrains 285/75R16

I want to put a 3 inch lift on. Should I buy Skyjacker Coil Springs and an Add-a-Leaf? I saw where Tempsho did it in a very informative how-to (with the 2 inch coil springs) but I wanted three inches not two. Is there anything else I will need to get? I will probably go ahead and get new shocks as well. Or, should I just buy the 3 inch lift kit? There is a big price difference but that's not a big deal, I just want what's right (of course saving money is always nice and if I don't need the kit with the control arms and bump stops then fine).

I also ordered the Skyjacker Dual steering Stabilizer. I figured either way I go, i'll need it.

Once again, thanks for the help.

Chris

Default RE: Lift Question

Buy a complete kit....do it right. Skyjacker is a good company to go with.

You probably wouldn't have needed the Dual Stabilizer kit though. Those are more for larger tires....35"+. Just upgrading your single stabilizer would've been good enough.
