Shifting problems

I have a 95 Dodge ram 1500 4x4 with the 5.9 it duse not like shifting into higher gears an feels like it lost most of it power I can't even hold 65 going up a hill I had the transmission checked an they sead it was good I dusent feel like it's slipping
