Your filter on the charcoal canister is shot. Need to replace it or disconnect it. Don't hook up the line coming from it or you will get more black crap coming from it. There is something that looks like thick coffee filter that keeps the charcoal in it. When they go bad it allows the charcoal to enter the vac line.
You were right blew it out with the air compressor and hooked a good or so I was told it was good and yet another purge valve and still getting p0441...and just had to change my cps again already...definitely not happy with that...looks like I am headed to the parts store for a brand new canister instead of taking the word of the guy I have do the work I can't on my truck...
