1995 dodge ram 2500 single cab cummins. door speaker sizes?

What are the speaker sizes for the front doors and behind the seats? I've heard they're 6x9s, 6.5s and 5.25s so I have no idea which one is right. Thanks in advance

Per Crutchfield you have 6x9" in the doors and 6.5"/6.75" behind the seats. If you have the factory Infinity system, then you also have separate tweeters in the front.
