Transition piece for front differential on 1995 Ram truck
Will the VIN tell me the transition piece for the front differential to drive shaft to rear differential? Bought a project truck and need the transition piece.

If your referring to the transfer case, our 95 has a NP 231. Look for a product called a Transfer Case Saver and install it in place of the snap ring in the tail housing. I paid 125 for ours.
