I have a 2000 Dodge Ram 1500, 5.9 Magnum v8. I recently purchased this vehicle and the odometer screen display went black. It displays the trip and cruise on the bottom but nothing else. I was going to buy a new cluster but I know that the miles would then be skewed. I want to fix this issue although could not find any videos to show me how to get this to work. Anyone help me with this issue, or has the same problem?

 

The miles won't be wrong as the miles are stored in the PCM.
