Default Where do these starter wires go?

Does anyone know where these starter wires go? I took them off when removing my timing cover or oil pan, and I can't figure out where this bracket hooks on. This is the front bottom of the motor and those are the transmission lines where they hook onto the timing cover bolts. I can't get this bracket for the starter wires on that same bolt, so I'm not sure if I'm doing it wrong, or they hook on somewhere else.

It probably goes under the nut in the picture. Maybe unhook from the starter so you can get it on the bolt. Maybe it goes under the tab for the tranny lines?

It attaches to the first bolt to the up and right of the driver corner of the oil pan gasket.
The bracket should be a right angle towards the crank like this with the hole in center:

So it goes through the oil pan bolt or one right above it? Thanks for your help.

It's a timing cover bolt. The first nut/bolt above and right of the top corner of the oil pan.

Should be the only option close to the bracket itself. There aren't many options near it. Don't use a pan bolt.
