As of now you have two options. Option 1: I can get one from my local u pull it and ship it to you. Option 2: you could try a GM parking brake strut for a 13in drum. Looks identical to the Mopar one except it has two tabs to hold the spring from sliding. Advance carries them and if it doesn't fit clean it and return it.

i need an update on this, ive been looking desperately for parking brake hardware for the last 2 months and im tired of have to chalk off my wheels and leave the truck in gear, sorry it’s 7 years later

I once had the Dana 70 discussed in this thread. I could not find the parking brake hardware for the Dodge Dana 70 rear axle anywhere. I ended up selling the Dana 70 rear without servicing/fixing the parking brake and told the buyer about that issue. You will likely need to source it from a pick and pay auto salvage (junk) yard.

I found most of my emergency brake cable parts at NAPA in Gaston the manager knows where to get " things" yes some were used and I had to get acquire them at a junk yard, but when I do my rear brakes I now can do the breaks seals and bearings
