I have changed both pulleys and still have noise. I have free spun all and no loose or noise. maybe fan clutch but that would mean it would be hard to turn and you would hear noise as you turn? I got nothing when i tried it turn fine. maybe water pump? But heats fine and temp is same..... So??

 

Possibly that noise is coming from another source, you did install a new belt with that right? A stethoscope might be of help.

 

yes i got a new belt but i used a dressing to quit it but it wont go away i put a new clutch fan and both pulleys and the noise got alot loader... so i am thinking water pump??
