My clock spring went and caused my lights to light up. My wheel was it of alignment and turned to far causing it to break. Also the two common fail points on the rear ABS is inside the silicone wrapped wires going from the sensor to the Fran rail and the plug on the frame reason harness. Both broke on mine (wires inside the silicone harness was a clean brake even thought the silicone was in perfect condition)

Over time everything electrical will go. I had no headlights and had to pull the multifunctional switch and clean the inside contacts

So i jacked it up, pulled off both tires and the lever on both sides was no engaged in the Star wheel teeth. In fact, they weren't just barely out of the teeth, they were 1/8" away. So I just took them all apart and put them back together again and I'm still not very happy with how the whole self adjusting thing works. I think it's a great idea, but couldn't they have done it a better, more solid way than the actuator lever and spring / adjuster screw assembly??
ok so of course the light on dash we're still on and I was blocked in for the night by my father's car. But I took ground off of battery to reset computer and of course lights were still on. I had noticed before that unplugging the Pressure Differential switch from the Combination Valve made the lights go out but not the problem of course. I drove to work the next day, lights still on. At lunch break I disconnected/reconnected battery again - lights still on. So I unplugged the Pressure Differential switch to spite it and got the lights out lmfao! Drove it home that way. Plugged the Press. Diff.switch back in, lights still on. Then I decided to try and find the elusive (on my truck it is) RWAL Diagnostic Connector, again, and ground the black wire and hopefully get a trouble code. I finally found a 6 way connector (the Chrysler service manual says RWAL DIAG CONNECTOR IS LEFT SIDE OF STEERING COLUMN NEAR PARKING BRAKE RELEASE HANDLE AND IS A 2 WAY WITH 1 BLACK WIRE. IT SAYS THE CONNECTOR IS 6 WAY IF TRUCK HAS ABS system. My truck only has RWAL but has the 6 way diagnostic connector. )
As soon as I grounded the black wired terminal in the 6 way diagnostic connector the lights on dash went out. Abs light never flashed any code. I un-grounded diagnostic.connector and started truck and the lights came on momentarily for the system check and then went off like they are supposed to. Abs and brake dash lights are functioning normally again and I only have a guess as to what the problem was. It could have been the switch valve remaining in the actuated position until I fixed the real problem inside the drums. I'm not sure, go figure. But my air bag light remains on lol.

Well, last night my abs and brake dash lights came back on. So I grounded the terminal in the diagnostic connector and the abs light started blinking the trouble code.
The code was code 6. The Service Manual says code 6 is: Erratic speed sensor reading while rolling. I just replaced the speed sensor thats on top of the rear axel
and i made sure That I installed it correctly.

I took ground off of battery and after a few min. tightened it back on to reset codes. The lights are now off again. But I know they'll be coming back on because I never found the problem.
Any ideas???

Can you get a pic on the connector you are grounding?

I concur with v65o...those portioning valves r finicky to say the least. There's a boot covered pin on the front of the PV...tap it back down if it happens again with the handle of a screwdriver...it'll reset. I've seen it on more than 1 occasion, 2 to be exact.
