Default hi- flow cat

does anyone no wat a hi flow cat will do to a 5.9 ram i heard it makes it much louder and thts wat i want lol get baq to me thanx

shouldnt make it louder but it will flow better... the inside of the cat near the inlet and outlet are setup so it flows better and there is no turbulance when the exhaust gases exit the cat. go to a muffler shop and ask to see a cheep cat and a hi flow cat and feel the inside lip just inside the body of the cat and you'll see what I mean.

i put one on my ram and i could tell it opended up the exhaust well....i have noticed more of a resonance and certain rpms then i did with just my flowmaster and the stock cat... only on the outside..nothing you can tell in the cab... i got a direct fit replacement for a 99 or older and i was able to fit it on my 01...

Could just get an O2 simulator and say bye bye to the cat. Thats my next plan besides a fastman TB.
