Default Steering upgrade question 1999 Dodge Ram 2500 Ram V10

I ended up getting one of these steering kits -
Amazon Amazon
.
However, I was told it didnt fit a 1999. Ive heard otherwise and seeing if someone can clear it up for me with regards to whether it will fit or not.

It won't bolt right in. I THINK if you do the 3rd gen steering upgrade you have to drill the holes on your knuckles bigger as the 3rd gen tie rods are thicker. You can use a 3rd gen track bar if you but the kit which is a direct bolt in (and supposedly will tighten up your steering, if that is your problem.
