My '97 Ram is on it's 3rd wiper delay module...It's always the same deal ever since the OE one "shorted" out.. It started out doing it only once in a while... The audible "tick-tick" noize that happens when delay commands the wipers to cycle just quits as the wipers just start running constantly at low speed. Had to "carcass-dive" at local salvage yard to get a replacement... Ok, everything good for a couple of months, wipers then started doing exact same thing... is there something ruining these delay modules? I'm now on my 3rd one, & now it's doing the same thing.. These tthing are no longer available thru dodge.
