I can confirm that the Autozone version won't hold up either. Actually if you start your truck and walk around to the side of the engine compartment where the PCV is I'm willing to bet you can hear it rattling or humming as the truck is running. This is what mine did. You can grab the PCV and feel it vibrating really quickly.

Vacuum leak...too much PCV with aftermarket PCVs. Interesting, I've never heard that explanation before. Thnx for the heads up. It explains so much, the oily residue on the plenum floor, even after my appointment with mr. Hughes and the incessant rattling noise that these damn PCVs make ALL THE TIME. Time to order a Dodge OEM.
