my 011500 5.2 auto 4x4 has the p0601 code dealer said pcm/ecm is busted if I get one from a junkyard what trucks can it come out of? Napa has them as well both would need to get reflashed, also can they resent my speedo is off 8 mph slower with 3.55 gears and 35-12.50-18s
