I did not see it in the 94-96 Dodge Ram parts catalog - sure its not part of the rotor dust shield?

Regardless, I suspect there would be no great loss if its left off during re-install.

Thats what I was thinking just wanted to make sure everything was right as far as hubs doing the swap to save money on parts that dont wear bad
