Putting new shocks in, and 3 of the studs on the upper brackets just are spinning without the bolts tightening. What are my options? Are they hex bolts underneath, and the coil spring be compressed, and the bolt and nut be tightened simultaneously? If not,can they be replaced with hex bolts? I was told they have to be cut off and new ones welded in, but don't want any more welding done than absolutely necessary.
