Default tire size

Looking at 33x12.50x17 tires to go on an 01 sport offroad. Anyone running this size? Any rubbing? Thanks

As far as I know you need a 3" lift. But maybe just a 2" leveling kit if its an Off Road... [&:] Somebody else will know for sure.

I'm new here, but I can answer your tire size question, maybe. I have a 2001 1500 Ram with the off-road package. I just bought and mounted the Pro Comp Xtreme A/T tire, size 305/65/17, or approx. 33X12.50/17. No rub, full turning allowed. I haven't hit a huge bump or gone offroading with it yet, so I can't tell you if it hits with wheeling, but I'm very satisfied right now.

good to know guys, I'm thinking of going to the OE 20's on my 2001 QC Off-Road Sport and the tires I was looking at are around 33"
was surprised I couldn't find more info about it with all the talk of tires & such on here.
