Default Coils/Springs

Do you need a coil/spring collapser to change out the springs/Coils in a 2002 dodge 2500 v10?

No. You can support the front frame rails, then jack up on one side of the axle until the other side comes out. Installing lift coils it sure helps to have a compressor. You can also remove one end of the track bar and the sway bar. These all aid in flex.
