Default clutch

2001 ram 1500 manual, I cant press the clutch pedal all the way in It is kinda hard till the last two inches then it just stop, no matter how much pressure i put on the pedal. cant start the truck because of that. Help is much appreciated.

To eliminate the pedal itself, unhook the pedal from the master cylinder pushrod by removing the clip. If pedal assy is good, push on the pushrod to see if there's any resistance. Most likely it's the throw out bearing though. How old is the clutch?

THanks. i have no idea how old it is, i have a new clutch for it, just wanted to see if there is a simpler resolution first. This problem happened about 4-5 months after i purchased the truck
