I can move the clutch by hand with slight resistance. I know my low end is holding 55 psi with outside temp being 85 degrees. Only reason I even care about it is my wife will not stop complaining about how it's not working.

 

So, what is the problem? Clutch not engaging? HVAC fan not blowing enough or at all? Need more information.
