Cut off the 3 prong connector, and connect outer wires to the back-up light switch. Violet w/black tracer goes to the back-up lights, brown w/light green tracer is hot, comes from the fuse block (black w/yellow tracer I was talking earlier, is a tail light wire).
Middle wire is the neutral safety, black w/white tracer, and is grounded by the switch. So you need to wire it to the clutch switch to be able to start the engine.
Those wire colors are from 1995 diagram, so verify them before cutting.
