Need some help

Ok guys I'm in the middle of building something for my truck and need you guys help. I found the two below images of hinges and a latch, and I need help finding them. I don't know the technical names for them so I can't find them on the web, can anybody help?

Flush mount compression latch

latch

I believe that the hinge is a variation of a Quadrant Hinge.

I can't find that hinge anywhere. I emailed a few companies today to see if they sell it. Thanks man for your help!
